Shipping & Pickup
Aloha Print & Press Customs offers local Oʻahu pickup and shipping for eligible orders. Production time and carrier transit time are separate.
Choose pickup or shipping at checkout
- Oʻahu pickup is free: At checkout, choose “Oʻahu Pickup — Address Sent When Ready.” We’ll send pickup details after your order is ready. Please wait for your ready notification before arriving.
- Shipping: Enter your full delivery address at checkout to see the available carrier rates before payment. Rates depend on your destination and package.
Production Turnaround
- DTF transfers and gang sheets: typically 24–48 business hours after payment and receipt of print-ready artwork.
- Custom apparel: typically 2–3 business days after payment and design approval.
- Large, bulk, or highly customized orders may require additional production time. We will contact you if additional time is needed.
Turnaround estimates are production estimates and do not include carrier transit time.
Rush Orders
A $25 rush fee may be available for eligible orders with prior approval. Rush service is subject to current production capacity and availability.
Local Pickup
Please wait until you receive notification that your order is ready before arriving for pickup. Pickup is available during business hours:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Shipping
Shipping is available for eligible orders. Delivery time after shipment is determined by the carrier and destination. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Orders Received After Hours
Orders, artwork, and messages received outside business hours are reviewed the next business day. DTF orders or print-ready files received after 5:00 PM enter the next business day’s production queue.
