Refund policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., custom stickers, custom t-shirts, DTF transfers) are non-returnable, unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at imaginewithaloha@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. We’ll review your request and provide instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error by Imagine With Aloha.
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return for the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at imaginewithaloha@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to resolve the problem.
