This website is operated by Aloha Print & Press Customs. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Aloha Print & Press Customs.

By visiting our website, placing an order, purchasing a product, submitting artwork, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced on our website, including our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping & Pickup Policy.

Please review these Terms before using our website or purchasing from us. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services or place an order.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian when required.

You may not use our products, website, artwork, services, or content for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website.

2. Products and Services

Aloha Print & Press Customs offers products and services that may include custom apparel, DTF transfers, gang sheets, personalized merchandise, accessories, and other printed products.

Product availability, colors, sizes, materials, pricing, and production times may change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or services at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately. However, actual colors may vary because of monitor settings, garment materials, print methods, lighting, and other factors.

3. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are custom, personalized, or made specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all order details before production, including:

• Size and garment selections
• Colors
• Spelling
• Names and numbers
• Artwork
• Placement
• Quantities
• Design approvals
• Files submitted for printing

Once production has begun, custom and personalized orders are considered final except when there is a confirmed defect or an error made by Aloha Print & Press Customs.

Our Refund & Return Policy contains additional information regarding cancellations, returns, refunds, and the 25% restocking fee applicable to eligible non-custom returns.

4. Customer-Provided Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring that artwork submitted to Aloha Print & Press Customs is accurate, properly prepared, and authorized for use.

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, graphics, or other content, you represent that you own the content or have permission to reproduce it.

You agree not to submit content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.

Aloha Print & Press Customs may refuse to print artwork that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

We are not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied or customer-approved artwork.

5. Artwork Quality and Print Results

Print quality depends on the quality of the artwork submitted.

Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, improperly sized, or otherwise unsuitable artwork may produce lower-quality results.

When possible, we may notify customers of obvious file concerns. However, customers remain responsible for providing print-ready artwork unless artwork preparation or design services have been purchased separately.

Color differences can occur between computer screens and printed products. Exact screen-to-print color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, custom orders require full payment before production begins.

An order is not considered approved for production until required payment and design approval have been received.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before production begins.

If an incorrect price is displayed due to a technical or administrative error, we may contact the customer before fulfilling the order.

7. Rush Orders

Rush production may be available for an additional $25 rush fee.

Rush service must be approved by Aloha Print & Press Customs before purchase or production.

Rush availability depends on production capacity, product availability, artwork readiness, and order size.

Payment of a rush fee does not override delays caused by incomplete artwork, missing customer information, late approvals, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Rush fees are non-refundable after rush production has been approved and scheduled.

8. Production Times

Standard production times are estimates and begin after payment and all required artwork or design approvals are complete.

DTF transfers and gang sheets generally have a production turnaround of 24–48 business hours.

Custom apparel and personalized merchandise generally require 2–3 business days.

Large orders, specialty products, bulk orders, or orders requiring additional design work may require more time.

Production times are separate from carrier shipping times.

9. Shipping and Local Pickup

Shipping and pickup are governed by our Shipping & Pickup Policy.

Local pickup is available on Oʻahu after the customer receives notification that the order is ready.

Customers should not arrive for pickup before receiving a ready notification.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by Aloha Print & Press Customs.

We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, holiday volume, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control.

10. Returns, Refunds and Restocking Fees

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are generally final sale once production begins.

Eligible approved returns of non-custom merchandise may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is required because of a confirmed error by Aloha Print & Press Customs.

11. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made before production begins.

Once printing, artwork preparation, garment preparation, material preparation, or other production work has started, the order may no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Approval of a cancellation request is at the discretion of Aloha Print & Press Customs based on the status of the order.

12. Incorrect Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, shipping, size, quantity, and personalization information.

Aloha Print & Press Customs is not responsible for losses or additional costs caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect shipping address, refused package, returned package, or customer-requested reshipment may be charged to the customer.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, original graphics, photographs, branding, layouts, product photographs, and designs created by Aloha Print & Press Customs remain our intellectual property.

Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or design rights.

Customers may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially use our original artwork without permission.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website may use services provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and other service providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, policies, security practices, or actions of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

15. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current.

However, product descriptions, prices, production times, availability, promotions, shipping charges, and other information may occasionally contain errors.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when necessary.

If an error materially affects a paid order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer.

16. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services for unlawful activity, fraud, intellectual property infringement, harassment, malicious software, unauthorized data collection, attempts to compromise website security, or other activities that violate applicable law or interfere with our business operations.

We reserve the right to refuse service or restrict access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and quality products.

Except as required by applicable law, our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aloha Print & Press Customs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service that gave rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aloha Print & Press Customs and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our services, or infringement of another party's intellectual property rights through content you provide to us.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, policies, business practices, or legal requirements.

The version posted on our website will be the current version.

Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms and transactions with Aloha Print & Press Customs will be governed by applicable laws of the State of Hawaiʻi and the United States, without limiting any consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
